SKILLS & EDUCATION
ECF promotes skills and learning that can improve employability, self-employment, financial confidence and household independence.

LEARN. PRACTISE. APPLY.
A useful skills programme does more than deliver a course. It considers local demand, the participant’s existing abilities and what will be needed to turn learning into employment or productive self-employment.
Hands-on sewing, production skills, costing, customer service and basic business management.
Technical skills delivered with appropriate safety practices and a focus on employability or enterprise.
Practical production skills that can support household food security and income generation.
Planning, pricing, budgeting, saving, record keeping and responsible use of working capital.
FROM SKILL TO INCOME
Where possible, ECF links training with mentorship, tools, productive inputs, market awareness and livelihood planning so participants have a clearer route from learning to earning.

Your contribution can support practical learning, tools, mentorship and livelihood preparation for eligible participants.
