ECF supports stranded Ugandans abroad with case guidance, return planning and practical coordination toward a safe journey home.

We help returnees reconnect with family, assess immediate needs and build a practical plan for housing, health, education and income.

Eligible returnees and women can access livelihood planning, financial literacy, business guidance and responsible small-scale financing.

We connect women and young people with vocational training, entrepreneurship guidance and learning opportunities that strengthen employability.

ECF supports vulnerable women, children and families through education, essential assistance, health referrals, protection and community outreach.
